What's for dinner tonight ?

About 3 oz of fresh salmon(winter spring) with hollendaise 3 tbsp of mashed pot and 2 tbsp of squash and it was sooooo good trust me...

Throw a big batch of KD in the smoker with bacon bits and chives for a couple hours and you have a great meal! No ketchup allowed though

You know what they say, if it's crap before it goes in the smoker, crap out, note to all those people keeping bootilicous Chums from the river!

Well Dennis, I would plate it sparsely, with a coloured plate, and some fresh parsley, Parmesan Cheese, maybe a sparkle of fresh cracked pepper, and a a toasted bun

just like this......from a buddy of mine LOL LOL gourmet K DINNER

So, here is mine from last weekend: Wild Turkey I shot last fall, basted with a whiskey, orange juice, honey and orange zest glaze/sauce. The rest of the sauce was turned into gravy.....20130922_175642.jpg
