Coho steaks and nothing else maybe a bit of salt

Made a batch of canned coho. Did a variety of flavours. This was hands down the best I've made. 1/2 tsp of Italian hot chillies and 2 tblsp's of olive oil added to my regular recipe.

Pulled pork sandwiches! 5lb pork shoulder in the Dutch oven for 3.5 hours at 300 but 350 for the last half hour. Barbecued corn, slaw, fries and some baked beans as well. It was just as good for lunch the next day.
