What's for dinner tonight ?

There have been a few discussions about how good Pink can taste when it’s handled properly after being caught. Tonight I had prepped them for doing fried salmon steaks in a pan with some grapeseed oil, one of my favourites, but then I wanted to try the exact same prep method, but just put them in the oven and bake them. They really turned out well, no tin foil on top, just as you see them, and the cleanup was minimal, the taste was very good.

Oh, 14 minutes @ 375, probe said over 135 degrees internal at thickest parts. Clean, healthy, and easy.
