I'm not sure, I had a baby do that's taken alot of my extra money I had put aside lol

Well, that was a expensive day. Nothing like dropped a quick 35k for a new motor.
2 weeks the old motor gets gets pulled and then I can bring the boat home and start cutting it apart

700 running hours on my 250V8 so far, nothing major.

I like your boat how it looks now, i wouldn't change the hardtop too much it's so clean. If i didn't have a 20 i would be hunting for what you have its deadly.

Yes, I left it hollow and it's really noisy

When i raised my floor i had the middle section crowned about an inch so all the water drained to the gunnels then right out the scuppers at the end of the channel
