fishing guide in Telegraph Cove area

Can someone tell us what to use and where to go in the Telegraph Cove area in August for salmon and bottom fish?? We would be willing to pay for a guide or even a so-so fisherman to go out with us when we get there. We would like to buy most of the gear no other than waiting until we arrive. We want to spend our time in the water, not on land.
