Here's an update, After delays with wind and rain storms and flooding in many areas, We had a break in the weather,
I closed in the bottom of the canopy, Purchased a propane bullet heater and at the lowest setting I can heat the canopy to 70 degrees no problem, oh and I'm use a fan to circulate the heat
what kinda of heater ? have any pics and where did you get it?

Update: Didn't realize it's been awhile since my last progress report.
Lost a few weeks due to freezing weather and snow
But have made progress once temperature got back to normal.
Bulkheads are done, Fuel tank support done, Forward below deck storage done
Barrier coat and Bilge coats completed
Also have all my Nidacore deck panels cut and fitted ready to be glassed

Excellent job your doing on your rebuild, I noticed you used coosa for your transom, just wondering what diameter and if your transom is curved and any problems installing the coosa.
thanks Kilwinning.

I used 1-1/2 inch coosa, It will be getting a pod
Back transom is straight
But it had a bulge where the leg was due to rotted transom and the weight of the leg
But was easy to straighten

That’s good to know , I had planned on going 3/4” laminated but the thinnest I could get was 1.25 , I’ll have to make it work , sorry about the hijack , this is a great thread

Here's a two week progress update
1. Tabbed in the floor deck
2. Sanded primed and painted under upper deck gunnels and bow area
Basically all the hard areas to reach once the upper deck is put back on
3. Prepped and primed, filled, sanded and re-primed upper deck
4. Built and pre fitted forward bulkhead
