SeaStar cable tie bar bent. Help pls.

I made slight contact with the dock today parking the boat and bent my seastar cable tie bar. Bad enough I can’t steer the boat. Very light contact but that’s all it takes I guess. Anybody know how to disconnect the system so I can at least steer off the main for a couple of weeks till I repair it?

Pull the release pin (R clip) out on the starboard side of the main.
