Questions about the Campell R. and Quinsam R

Last time I went out to Campbell I fished @ the logging road Bridge, Im wondering if its worth it to walk up on the Campbell or Down or...

Im yet to fish the Quinsam R, I really want to but I dont know where the fly fishing Zone starts, can anyone let me in on where I can park, walk for a bit and hit up a few holes?

I just moved here and I like river fishing for sport, but I dont want to go around infractionisationing Regulations

Head towards the Quinsum hatchery and park where the road crosses the river. THe trail heads up and down from there. Take a walk and do some exploring. I think that would be the best way. The main holes will be obviouse as they will have other fishermen. Most of the fishing on the Campbell is done upstream of the bridge.
