Port Sockeye???

Does anybody have any info on port soxs? I'm Planning on going out on monday if any fish being caught.If not then working on the yard SOOO please tell me there are fish being caught.

RECREATIONAL FISHING: The creel survey program started June 3. Estimated catch to date in Alberni Inlet is 200-300 sockeye. The recreational fishing effort is low with approximately 10 boats/day fishing during the week and 20 boats/day fishing during weekends.

NEXT WEEK'S FISHING PLANS:
Aboriginal – Tseshaht Band will operate gill nets Sunday noon to Wednesday noon for food, social, ceremonial purposes.
Hupacasath Band gill nets will operate 7 days per week for food, social, ceremonial purposes.
Commercial
• Gill net - no opening
• Seine - no opening
Recreational - Sockeye daily limit is 4. Uchucklesit Inlet closes to fin fishing on June 30.
 
Thanks dog,I phoned china Creek this am .They said nothing much coming in.Could be two days could be a week?.I went out last tuesday windy and wet when I got to the dock so I never put in, all I got was a muddy boat.The weather should be good on Monday so I will try again.Someone needs to be first.I will post results.Beats yard work.
