Need advise on a steering system

Gonna pull the trigger on a 150 or 200 yami or merc for my 1996 Striper 21ft (but that's not what I need your guys help on ).
They say I need hydraulic system because mine doesnt have one so, what should I be considering the best bang for the buck guys ?
And best place to purchase ?

Get a sea star hydraulic steering system. Hoses can be custom cut to length. Keep it clean & tidy.

I think its really between Seastar and Uflex. I have u-flex on my boat, so far its been good. From the reading I have done online the Uflex stuff seems to be better than Seastar because it has a better sealing system in the cylinders. But I this is likely a Ford vs Chevy kind of argument.
