Best of the Season !

Question......what is a good time to fish Port Hardy ? We do an annual trip to Bamfield each August.....and fish the
summer and fall out of Sooke. However, we thought we would add an adventure and fish PH for a couple of days this summer 2013.

When is a good time to go to Port Hardy ? Thoughts ?

the last week in july is a good time cohos are open for wild until aug first chinooks are good then come for the full moon tides end of july lots of action then

I Agree, end of July for the past couple years has been the most productive week for me also. I fish mostly out of McNeill but also some out of hardy and quatsino.

But really anytime from the start of June up until the 1st week of sept will be really good fishing up here
