Elk Bay, north Discovery Passage

Has anybody fished around Elk Bay? Was thinking of going to try the area. Not sure about the road, the backroad mapbook shows a bridge out on the road from the Brown's Bay road, or I will try to find a road farther north off the hwy.

To get to elk bay you take the road just north of Roberts lake, about 20 min north of the browns bay turn-off. Elk bay forest service road. I haven't been down there in years but see that the are activly logging and lots of campers heading inn.Rock Bay is also a good place to go nice campground and small marina.
