I personally prefer the BB one myself, as low tide is no problem for me, but someone probably knows better than me what one is best in the north part of CR.
Behind Canadian tire is the only one in town with a dock attached, so if you are a bigger than say a 20 footer it would be best. Browns is good but may be a gong show at the end of the day with everyone pulling out
Incredible fishing this morning, in 4 hours of fishing we landed 25 and kept the 16 biggest. Total chaos, wall to wall boats at the lighthouse in deepwater.Good to meet you holmes and jencourt
Arms hurt from all the fish. Never seen that many fish to the boat in all my time fishing BB chum.
Lost count in the mid twenties today. Double headers every time the fish hit.
Lost count of how many triples we had, landed a few too. A few quads that never got landed.
Fished deepwater lighthouse today till we limited out then backed off into the middle of the channel and hit fish non stop. The place was on fire with everyone bringing fish to the boat. Packed it in at 1 PM because we were beat. Browns Bay staff put on a great show again this year. Thanks and will back next year. Fish on average were smaller but did find a few in the 12 pound range.
Too fun
GLG
Holmes what boat were you in? We fished beside Wet Dreams for a bit today.
7 of us put 56 fish in the boat over two days, then let a bunch go.. Today was bang on.. Had over 10 quads on, as many triples... Lot's weren't sticking but all 4 limits were filled today, and was sure a lot nicer than yesterday, where we all needed wet suits almost.
Good to see everyone had an awesome time out there!
I had one quad on, and managed three fish in one net but just missed the fourth..
Very thankful chum like short leaders for that haha.
Also fished same spot as GLG today, deepwater lighthouse.
Fantastic job by BB staff this weekend. Fished with 3 buddies and we all had great time...non stop action on the water and non stop action in the beer tent.
Super good all the way around from fishing to people, staff and facility Was good to meet a few from here. Albernifisher, holmes, duffer. Never seen you out there Gil.
Pretty sure we covered every possible way to loose a fish and yet still had to be off the water before 11 today as we were limited and tired.
Pure chaos is the only way to describe the deepwater rip this morning. Hard to explain the madness to people who have not seen it.
That was a fun time.
Just short of limits, but we were having a blast.
Recognize a few of the boats from the pictures, we were the only blue hulled Eaglecraft out there and I won't say what we looked like on land, because we were well over our limit there.
