anyone out today?

howe sound shows gale warning but seems to pickup this evening and today might be fine.

Found a few today up Howe sound. Weather was better than we were expecting but some chop from SE on the way back to north arm.

Fished tunstall, waterfall and grace and picked up these three keepers along with a few others just under. Chartreuse Needlefish spackleback hootch was the winner today in 180-200. Heater was cranked and bbq hot dogs for lunch. Felt like summer out there … almost.
Beauties!

Fished Tunstall and Cape Roger Curtis today, a couple shakers, lost a couple, a couple just unders. Off bottom; spoon, hoochie and bait all produced bites. Flat calm, beautiful day on the water. Saw a humpback south of Bowen.

seemed to elude us today. Crabbing was good. Calm day mix showers.

Fished Tunstall yesterday, got in to fish right off the bat. First one was a keeper on a herring aid followed by 4 undersize all on a hoochie. Nice and calm, prawning was decent as well.
Awesome I got to get out there but won’t be till during the Xmas holidays when I’m off work

Do you think ferry will run on Saturday i heard 40 knot winds
Sign up for a free account with predict winds. It’s a little too far out to make that kind of decision. But at 40 knots in the wrong direction it will likely cancel.
