What's for dinner tonight ?

When I was in Kona a couple of weeks ago, I caught a big eye tuna. I asked the skipper the way he recommended cooking it. His method was dead easy and delicious... baste the fillets in mayonnaise, grill them for 4 min a side and eat!!!! It was great-- I have since done the same with lingcod---yummy

it is amazing how good mayonnaise is on fish, I put some in a whole salmon once with onions and bacon....damn tasty...

Ya CL try some sort of seasoning.... Just mayo BARF

I know as some get older their food gets blander and blander but that's over the top :)

It's the Penny's Fresh salsa..has a little bit to it... I'm sure that would be good also...:)

Got a bucket of that in my fridge right now and bucket of feta.... Guess its time to pull out some halibut.

Covering halibut in salsa is my favourite way to to cook it....This time it will try it with feta.

followed Derb's lead...3 bean salsa & asiago/havarti topped hali... sauted Mediterranean veggies/ Washington state asparagus/Yukon gold papas...:)

No pics but I smoked chicken wings in my bradley today. 2.5 hours at 250 degrees then onto the BBQ briefly at the end to crisp em up.

I used a Cajun rub, a no salt seasoning and a Greek rub. Not all combined those were three different wing flavours.
Best wings I've ever eaten.
