Well people i had out today didnt want the crab so steamed crab in white wine, lemon, cilantro,garlic,olive oil first attempt eating it (went down ok 3/4 of a crab filled me up..... ) had to wait an hour for the 2nd course wife marinaded some venison steaks in rosemary and wine veggies and garden potatoes cut the steak with a butter knife it was so tender......

Pork roast tonight.. but since i have been out grazing today, my better half and I have the choice of manilla clam chowder, steamed little necks, roasted cockles, snowshoe oysters (You wont believe the size of theses puppys!---two is a meal for one,) or last of all.... fresh steamed dungeness .... I LOVE the spring low tides!!!!

10 to 12 min done depending on thickness of fish..ling is good also

When I was in Kona a couple of weeks ago, I caught a big eye tuna. I asked the skipper the way he recommended cooking it. His method was dead easy and delicious... baste the fillets in mayonnaise, grill them for 4 min a side and eat!!!! It was great-- I have since done the same with lingcod---yummy
