Thanks. The previous owner had it done full width by Eaglecraft Marine in Campbell River. Nice to have some extra hull in the water and works very well.Nice pod! What made you go full width?
Makes sense to me. More stern lift, a better design than just a pod hand down for the 18-20'boat range. Must fly with the 200hp.Thanks. The previous owner had it done full width by Eaglecraft Marine in Campbell River. Nice to have some extra hull in the water and works very well.
The Yellow will be painted white. The sides I am not 100% sure yet. I am going to do a test spray on the transom to see if I like the Sapphire Blue from Interlux. Are you going to stay with the classic mustard yellow it change it up?
Reach looks maxed out to the rear. Once power is on there hung 32” off the back might be just right?Looks like the axles need to move forward a foot Whats the tonge weight?
Yea I am not going to adjust anything until the boat is done and I know how everything sits.Reach looks maxed out to the rear. Once power is on there hung 32” off the back might be just right?
Not sure what the tongue weight is but once the motors are on and the new windows are in I will check it.Looks like the axles need to move forward a foot Whats the tonge weight?
The pain is real, throughout all industries right now, parts and materials in all sectors are in short supply, I can't even begin to calculate the hours lost this year due to lack of parts and materials. Be patient and let them know you understand the delays, that kind of attitude will go a long way in the future for other work.So here is a little update. The boat has been at the welders for over a month waiting to get the pod done. The combination of them being very busy and also a tough time getting the quantity of aluminum they need for all their customers projects has put them behind schedule. They are trying to get it done for next week fingers crossed.
Is that at whisky creek? Here is an update, I went to pick up the boat today to take it to either Lifetimer Boats or DSS welding in Duncan as both places said they could have it built in a week, after almost two months I hopped in my truck and went to go hook her up and take her to Duncan. To my surprise It was in the shop. I had driven past on Sunday and it was still sitting in the same spot I had left it. Best news I heard was it will be ready Thursday. Now I can move on with the rest of the build.
