Sooke Reports - 2007

Seems clear enough, Beechey Head to Bonilla Point (Area 20), 4 Coho per day, only 1 of which may be wild.
In the harbour at Renfrew, as illustrated in the smaller map, 4 Coho per day, 2 wild maximum.
Correct me if I'm wrong, please.

confirmation on coho opening....as posted here, it looks like 1 wild is now open in sooke:

http://www.pac.dfo-mpo.gc.ca/recfish/Opportunities/PN/A20SanJuanPN.pdf

but in general, you don't see that specification on the dfo site:
http://www-ops2.pac.dfo-mpo.gc.ca/x...al&Regions=&Fisheries=54&Areas=2605&year=2007
and the latest island outfitters report says no wild can be kept. Just curious as I may give it a go next week, but the information seems sketchy!

TIA

It says right on the web page

"Please check the regulations, then the Management Changes and Updates section to see if in-season changes have been made to the regulations."

There is no update changes in your second link, so your first link stands and is correct.. YOu can keep one wild Coho in Sooke.
