Leaf spring replacement

I am replacing the leaf springs on the traioer and they are slipped springs. A bushing and an eye on one side and an open hook on the other. Do I need a bushing for the slipper side? Never done this before

I just replaced the springs on my Road Runner trailer and yes there are bushings on both ends, you can see the nylon bushing in this picture on the slider side

Thank you that I figured that it would wear I have am engineer background so I was kinda this is wrong. I'll have to stop by the trailer place and get some bushings. Thanks alot

Got them in. All new drum brakes and nickel copper brake line. Thanks a lot I had to go back and get the bushing
