I've been involved in 2 marine SARs, 1 river SAR, 1 boat fire & looking for bodies and never finding them on a number of occasions. Really no good excuse for not wearing some form of a comfortable pfd. Anyone who gets on my boat wears a pfd - only exception is when inside a cabin on a large boat.
