Looking for some great east coast Vancouver island saltwater fishing ideas for this time period. We have a fully outfitted 14 ft Lund and want to bottom fish and salmon fish. looking at Telegraph Cove as an option and am curious about what the winds would be like at that time of year typically. We are very season at ocean fishing so winds out our main concern. We are in Victoria. Would Port Hardy be worthwhile? Any advice would be appreciated. We did Brawns bay a few years back at he same time of year and the wind kept us off the water. Thanks.
