Does anyone know a mobile mechanic in the Nanaimo, Nanoose, Parksville area that has a Power Purge Jr. unit?
No matter how many times I try, I cannot get it so there is no play in the engine.

Disconnect the ram from the engine and then turn the wheel that way you get the full extension and all the air out. You need 2 people to do it right.

Check out what IFL has to say:
There is a trick to bleeding those units, it is an easy one person job. Simply attach a clear plastic hose to both bleeders. Open bleeders, turn steering wheel and keep topping up reservoir until air bubbles stop. Turn wheel the other direction and watch for air bubbles.. done. All air returns to helm.
