I like the look of all that except for the part that has the release going through the centre hole of the line retriever. Why are you doing that?. Are you using that as the bottom release point, it looks very long.

The release is permanently attached at C,and the double lines to the release and CB 7' long,so the stopper at C will stop the CB at water level and the release out of the water.
