Scotty Dual Rod Holders

I still have the boom mount holders on my 2106s. They're convenient when I want my clip retriever or gaff close at hand. Actual downrigger rods go in gunwale mounted Orcas, no awkward reaching over the rail to grab a loaded up rod.

The 347 seems to be discontinued. I can't see it on scotty's website. I would guess similar concerns with this setup?

I basically built this out of pieces I have and didn't like the amount of flex. Seemed like it would eventually break with the amount of torque on them. There was also interference with the downrigger lid.

always run 247's never any issues the chrome tube ones will be getting changed out
