Heading up to the Port McNeil area tomorrow for a week and was wondering what's happening up that-a-way. Are the socks still around? Any info much appreciated. Tx.

I've been fishing out of Sointula since Saturday. It has been HOT for sox, double header after double header. There are still some springs happening, and some monster ho's which must be released. You should get into something.

The socks were not like the last few days, but still there.

Check out Double bay, the back side of Malcolm or "The Wall".

Lots of fish around, but it is hit or miss for the springs.
