First time heading to kyuquot. Any current fishing reports? Any general info where to fish for ling and halibut would be appreciated. Is there cell coverage in the area? Thks

Thks. Just heading there Tuesday July 4th for 5 days. Thinking of staying in Walter’s cove at the government dock if there is room. Appreciate it.

Spring island.

We've caught springs from Spring Island to the Bunsby's and Acous Peninsula near the Brooks -- and in August, schools of coho were swimming under the boat near Acous -- 8-14 lbs. Capped off by a halibut lost at the boat - at least 75 lbs back when that was a legal fish.

If weather permits then get offshore to Kyuquot Reef If not Spring Island tack is your best bet.
