Had a video on Jon playing 10-15 springs all 25-35lbs solo. Bunch of double headers etc but we both accidently deleted the footage! Might be able to recover it though.Have a bunch of footage of other random stuff that I will start putting together. Some sweet vids on here so far! Nice way to ease cabin fever.

Just to touch base on the copyrighted music, YouTube can disable the sound altogether if the record company tells them to.
It is definitely worth seeking out non copyright music, I'm lucky and have a best friend that messes around with music in his spare time and comes up with stuff for me to use.

As for music style it depends on what you like so make it how you like :)
I'm all over the place, like to have fun with it but do have some "no music" vids planned in the future...I even fall in a lake up to my neck and have to swim for my life in steeltoes then continue to fish, after a quick partial change of clothes...coming soon !

I'll tell you a little secret. I wanted to start the video leaving the dock. But I didn't have that footage. Only footage of a run from Otter to the dock. The software I'm using has a reverse the image feature. So that opening shot is really me coming in to the dock...if you look closely there is no backwash from the prop off the bow. Next year I shoot everything so I have the shots I might want.
 
Uh, you could have kept that little secret and told us some other secrets instead...lol: where, how deep, what tide, close up on the roll...! lol

Well done! One of the nicest salmon videos I have seen yet. Try to get a couple more strike scenes in and let us hear a couple of reel screams and it would be hard to top!

If it was anyone else driving around our boat while playing a fish like that we would have freaked. Good thing Rick knows what he's doing.

Oh yeah and I love how we almost dump when Derek brings the fish in......haha gotta have at least an inch of freeboard there.:eek:
