All I did was hold the Gopro

Gopro shots, interesting. Photoburst mode? Can you elaborate on the setting you use for this.

Hambone set it to take a photo every 2 or every 3 seconds, stick underwater, point and presto. Usually takes a bunch of shots before you get a good one. Don't set it to 1 second as it can't absorb enough light most of the time and your pics won't turn out.
