Meat slicer(electric)

I have a hand cranker from Italy. Nice for the table for a bit of a show.

What's everybody using besides their favorite knives?
I see quite a few on Amazon starting around $150-$250
We bought a Weston 199$, easy to clean , Gr8 for thin slicing partially frozen beef for jerky, Not a Hobart or a Berknel (I wish) but not Fisher Price either! 8- 5/8"actual size . would have preferred a 10" but could not justify the price for the amount of use , and also easier to store and move. Best Regards

This is what I have a Hobart 1612 let me tell ya it slices did 200 lbs of bacon yesterday!!!!!
Roy, do you have a good line on where a guy could purchase good used commercial grade appliances? I'd like to get something along the lines of what you have there but do not have the need nor desire for a brand new one. I'm still using a 30 plus year old cuisanart of my mom's. It still works great and I've put a fair bit of bacon and pastrami through it. I just wish I could put bigger pieces of meat through it. The deck is quite small which is typical of most slicers designed for the general consumer market.

ill keep my eye open westcoast liquidators sometimes has them, ive seen a few another good spot is BC auction ive gotten alot of good buys
