Let’s see your towing rig!

‘06 3500 Duramax. Just turned 158k Kms. Pulling a 2101 Striper from Tahsis.
I had an '07 Chevy - Dmax 3500; should have kept it but we sold the 5th. It pulled anything anywhere - took the trailer out to the prairie, then up to the Yukon and Alaska - no trouble, no complaints. A great truck!

Now driving an '04 Silverado 2500HD 4X4, 6.0 gas. It's a decent truck in nice shape and it gets the job done: up the ramp with 10,000# of boat and trailer like a champ.

2012 Tundra Platinum hitched to my new to me 2470 Pursuit.Hope to get it wet for the first time this week after more than a month of nothing but working on it.Can't tell by the pictures, but she shined up really well.

Wow boat looks good, truck is ok I guess lol

I think it's nuts that Tsawwassen doesn't have a proper boat launch.
I think its nuts that Victoria doesn't have a proper ramp between Esquimalt Anglers and Sidney -- and none between there and about Ladysmith.

My definition of proper includes a hard surface and a float where you can control a reasonable size boat. So James Bay, Oak Bay and Island View don't cut it. Nor Tsartlip, Hall's Boathouse, Mill Bay, Crofton, Chemainus....I can't remember Cowichan Bay.

Its better going west - Pedder Bay, Becher Bay, Sunny Shores, Sooke Harbour, Port Renfrew.

Maybe SFBC should lead on a public ramp strategy.

08 VW golf, do have some problems on the steeper ramps !!
