Yeah that’s too bad for him!
I tboned (at low speed as I was skidding and swerving to avoid him) a young guy in his car once in the middle of the night when I was coming hone from hockey. he cut across 3 lanes to make a left turn. I was travelling straight through in the left lane and smoked him. He claimed I was on the wrong side of the road which was ridiculous, luckily there was a large curb down the center of the road which proved his theory incorrect.

The bizarre **** some people will say with a straight face to escape culpability is stunning.

Dash camera's are a great investment for your vehicle. Reasonably priced off Amazon and easy to install. Too many people have been determined to be at fault for a rear-ender that would have been proved otherwise if they had a dash camera.
