That's a great fuel dock. Not sure on days or hours, but it's always been open for me when I've needed fuel , even during the offseason... And they carry diesel also.
As far as I know, there's always someone there, although you may have to press the horn button to get them down to the dock. Westview Marina in Tahsis is an alternative.
