FishBC has disappeared....

It is just you Cuba Libre, they have blocked your IP. I am just yanking your chain a little. http://www.fishbcforum.com works for me. Good luck. Mason

Here is what Doc Waters from FishBC has to say about the issue;

I have been receiving some e-mails and PMs from people who are having problems with not finding this site.

Here's what happened. Yesterday we installed and set up a new server management system. During the process we had to key in all of the domains on our various servers. As fate would have it (and it always has it's own weird way about things) the domain fishbcforum.com got messed up in the entry to our domain tables. Of course murphy's law says it will only happen to one of the domains that has the most traffic and will affect the most people. And it did. So for a few hours anyone accessing the site would find that http://www.fishbcforum.com doesn't exist.

Also, some who visit the site through the old address http://forum.fishbc.com will get the initial pages of the site but when they click on the forums they lose the site. That's because the old address still points to the home page but the sub pages use the new address (watch the address bar to see what I mean). This isn't a sperate problem, it's the same one.

Anyway, it has been fixed at this end since yesterday, but I am still hearing of a few people who are still getting the dreaded 404 or Site Not Found message. If you know of someone who is still not getting the site, tell them to try refreshing the page or clearing their cache and try again.

If that doesn't work it is likely that while the domain was down the DNS server of their Internet Provider visited the site during the very brief period the domain was down and didn't get a response so it removed the site from it's domain tables. It will refresh itself - usually within 24 hours, but some can take up to 72. Unfortunately there's nothing we can do to speed that process up. Sorry for the hassle.

Also: Please be advised that we are aware that persons using Open DNS have been unable to find the site. Apparently Open DNS lost the site. Be patient, it will be back.

Thanks

the idiot who did it is up in the right hand corner. My nephew helped me find the guy's name--apparently he is Turkish(you could see the flag on the page yesterday) and his server is in Turkey, but we couldn't nail down his isp to nail him.
