Cruise speed ??? Podded DE 17.6 or 18.5 with 140 HP

Trying to get a sense of what the cruise speed would be
For a podded 17.6 or 18.5 Double Eagle with 140 HP outboard

There's a lot of variables: prop diameter, prop pitch, motor mount height, motor trim, hull weight distribution, beam, overall boat weight, hull deadrise come to mind right off the top. But 140 sounds like lots for those hull sizes. I'm running a 19 ft glass runabout hull with a 130 Etec and it tops out at 40 mph lightly loaded with favourable air and a light downhill slope.

26-28mph@3800-4200rpm 176.
25-28mph@4000-4400rpm 185.

Ideal wind conditions and propped/setup properly with a light-moderate load.
