I haven't been out yet this spring (due to some house renos) but am definately shooting for the weekend, if it doesn't snow and stays fairly warm. This afternoon would be good if I could only get off work.[8] Elk is probably the best year round freshwater fishery in Victoria and I have heard a few reports of Chironomids coming off in the late morning and afternoons. It should be good. Try black with silver or red rib, blood worm, maybe tan with a copper or red rib.[8D]
