Check your bilge pumps

Like I say I want it as dry as possible. If I trailer it I need to manual suction pump and sponge dry to get through these provincial dry bilge stops. I don't have a drain plug... the tender I was transporting upside down did not have a drain plug and she looked for 5 minutes because you can not transport your boat with the drainplug in. My 22.5 with the pod does not have a drain plug however I do not prefer to install one. We're going to have to suck out all the water and have to install fans? I agree what they are trying to do but..

Well I tried it out today. Maby 1/4" in the bilge... A Rule 1400 with 1" hose and a blue water pump I had. The blue water wouldn't pull much so modified it for intake direction. It gets two GC2 6 volts for accessories and the engine will get its own battery at the back. Solder up and heat shrink what I can tomorrow and spray everything with fluid film. I'll have to try to keep the bilge clean if it's going to keep working. 20190818_160240.jpg
