bottom painting aluminum boats

hi i was just curious about options when it comes to mooring my boat in the salt water. i have never been a big fan of the look of bottom paint but i do understand it works, is there any other options besides that?

I think pull your boat out is your next best option I believe they do have bottom wax I havnt tried it but I remember reading about it I think it goes on clear like snowboard or ski wax and just comes off eventually not sure how long it will hold up in salt

If possible I would avoid painting the bottom by not mooring you boat in the water for long periods. Paint does not stick well to aluminum and bottom paint at the best of times needs to be re done on a regular basis and is expensive and labor intensive.

If you have access to a marina that has one I would suggest Dry Stacking your boat.
