WTB $300 000 Boat for $100 000. Serious offers only please.

Thst one where stretching the budget a bit might end up saving you a lot! It’s only 6 years old and looks sexy as all hell! @kingblazer84 you found a good one!

only prob is ive been on 56 ft houseboats that cruze faster....not judging, just saying..:)
RC 200 hp Diesel...look again

Those things are pretty beefy and it will bash through the seas well. Nics boats but that's a lot to stuff into a 26' hull.

I think that's what bugged me about it when I was looking at it last week. I didn't understand if that just meant like it cruised at 12 without bow rise (coming off plane? Plowing?)

Perhaps the sales dude is thinking of a ranger tug. Both brands roll up to the same owners. Cutwaters definitely are a planing hull.

I don’t know. I think upping the budget a little may be in order. Sounds like “winner winner chicken dinner”. Just saying

Oly
The wife likes it. Gunna have a look. I think it's too small. o_O

Think you will want to slit your wrists cruising @12 knots.

I fish with a guy that has a boat that cruises @ 17 and it’s painful without lots of alcohol

It's a definate no if that's not a typo

I have a friend that went from a Ranger Tug 25 to a Cutwater 28 and now he is looking at a Ranger 31. I have been on the 25 and the 28. Like Fishtofino said cruising at 12 knots is slow. I think the new Ranger is a step backwards.
I will still go out on it when he invites me...........Just sayin..

Did his cutwater only do 12? That was why we steared away from the ranger and towards the cutwater in the first place.

5 to 7 knots of current is quite common in our waters around active pass and the the Fraser. 12 knots minus 5 to 7 knots of current and you are officially racing sail boats. Don't do it man. What happened to twin outboards??

Still haven't found a great option with outboards. Was still what I was hoping for but the target seems to be continuously moving with her. I mean yeah if I could find a 28(?) cutwater with twin OB for 100k I'd be all over it lol.
