Surprised it's not sold already

Hell of a lot of boat, what’s the beam? HP? When I saw the add at first I thought they were Cat diesels. Does that fit in your slip @Rain City

There is already a nice boat name “Eat drink and remarry”
Yes it fits. I lucked into a 40' slip when they did some reconfiguring at the marina. I refused to move and refused to pay more than my LOA.

McKay Lodge is looking like a really good deal right now at 1.69, considering fuel doesn't come into Bamfield easily. I was trying to convince my buddy to remove the generator, microwave and extra lead plus everything else to help with the fuel burn. A friend is saying is fuel burn is way down on a new suzuki repower vs early 2000's Yami's. Be interesting to know the difference as the runs get longer to find fish.
bought a $58 cannonball inside that door last weekend ‍♂️

He finally got back to me and said he was away for the weekend but I could go look next week. I cruise past that thing every day, it's shiny.
14 knots????sweet boat but a bit of a slug, make sure your fishing spots are not far,or retire now so your not in a hurry to get back to work lol

Im still confused by the 14 knot cruise...although

This thing is heavy at over 16000lbs!
With susuki 350s they report cruising at 30mph, top speed 41
With volvo D4s they cruise at 31, top speed 36

Pursuits 345 weighs 16000 with twin 350s and cruises at 28 mph, tops out at 46.
Another comparison is the 3400 express from pursuit, higher horsepower but similar wieght, cruises at 30, will do almost 40 with light load.

Maybe the yanmar setup is underpowered? Or something went wrong during the submersion and hasnt been corrected.
