XL Herring and octopus Victoria/Langford?

Looking for bait for Hali fishing tomorrow. Shell in Colwood and coop by sleggs did not have.

the Shell Station across from the DQ in Colwood has XL herring, not sure about the octopus though.

If you are going as far as Sooke, Village foods has a supply of bait, including octopus and squid.
