Lol if I remember right I paid like 350$ new, mine are close to 20 years old, not sure when they stop production on the MR2 but at 600$ that’s insane, I paid 535$ tax in for the sexi pink MR2 LA for my wife

I got my sexy hot pink MR3 newer version for $450 in a tackle store Campbell River. Apparently they weren’t selling in that colour so they gave me a huge discount. Now they’re collectible.

Do you prefer if they are the knurled drag wheel, or the star drag wheel?

The knurled drag as far as I know is the standard mr2, and the star is the LA...so in a perfect world I'd go with another knurled or a pair of LA...I'm after the Powell river ones now..

Tease. I have a pair of mr2s currently and will continue to hunt that the elusive 3rd, but in the meantime, i will pick up a mr2LA and give that a shot as my backup until one of you guys decides to part ways with an mr2.

I’ve got an Mr2 like new and am looking for a good mr2LA in gold.
