Will they quota salmon like Haibut's 88/12 split

The trend of handing out portions of a measured annual catch is comming. Do we as a sports fishing "GROUP" have the necessary representation were it counts? They have done it with Halibut. Halibut prices are climbing higher and higher every year. Trust me you will see alloawable catches for sporties to drop over the next few years. Price goes to the highest bidder and I hate to say it but the commerical sector has more pull and deeper pockets.
