surf casting

first time on the forums
i am starting surf fishing i was wondering does anyone know of anyplaces on southern vancouver island where I could fish for salmon, cod, ground fish, what ever

Welcome,If I understand it right you want to cast from shore?Beechy head in sooke and Otter point in sooke are good places.DAN

any thing in renfrew, french beach, etc

Renfrew is great for coho and springs in the mouth of the San Juan from the bridge. Prime time is NOW, with lots of fish coming in.
