Ya quite few more that Now that Sockeye net feast is over .They come later as a rule anyways .Summers like the warm water where the sockeye and springs will not enter the river right now .
Got a couple more chrome in the Morn at Lone tree 22.5 Lb and a 20.25 Lb

The rain 1"" did little as most springs are still holding down below at Pill Pt and Assets lsle not at the normal locales ~~~~ It Heated up a bit but the gillnetters are in tonight to cool it off <img src=icon_smile_dead.gif border=0 align=middle>,as they are right to the harbour as I counted "22" inside Pollys point at 8:00 pm with more out further . There just tryin to get thier 5000 quota but not tonite So sleep in tomorrow.

Well I hope that they get there limit and get out !!! I too will be there for the derby and hope I don't have to run to banfield each day to be a contender. By the way steely whats workin right now ??? Have a great supply of anchovies, spoons, hootchies and squirts plus many new proto types not yet ready to the general public you name it I pretty much have it. I know bait works but besides glow green and chartruse heads what do you suggest ??? This will be the first year running bait for me but I do know how to get the right roll, do the fish there like a snap roll or a death roll??? Any advice would be great THANKS !!!!

Update Last night Hooked 2 smaller springs 14 & 17lbs<img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle> this mornin went and hooked 3 more<img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle> All on Bait but my buddy got 2 today on hoochies ???.As always no "Silver bullet" with Mature springs so change up and is if its on the menu of the hour that day !!!Saw mostly small springs and Coho today Landed <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>

Fish Update
Just came from a small fishin derby with with 28 guys from work with over 40 rods workin the water from Franklin in~~~~,After 6 hours we produced a total of "7" fish between 29 - 6 lbs on 40 rods . OUCH !!! <img src=icon_smile_dead.gif border=0 align=middle> "Sad but true " <img src=icon_smile_dead.gif border=0 align=middle>
Still not quite on fire but just waitin for the wave to make up the inlet

While from down below @ Diplock island I saw a boat come in with 8 springs and coho limit ~~~~Still Red Hot down there !!! Can't wait much longer goin to have to go get another Fix Soon!!!!!

Been seeing everything workup here from bait ~ spoons~ plugs~ bait all colours and sizes just Take your pick and troll it the top 65 feet you may be the "Lucky One" in the Derby <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>

just got back today i have been fishing for 10 days at china creek. we got skunded 4 days in a row fishing the inlet at the begging and gow pourd on.we fished the slide and narrows. on the fith day we caught 4 on 2 rods all at 47 feet on anchovies.6day 3 fish same depths. then 1 fishno fish 2 fish no fish. it was very slow today and yesterday i saw 3 fish caught! anyone else stay at china creek lately?
