What's For Breakfast This Morning :)

It was a Mexican Breakfast this morning. Scrambled eggs with peppers, bacon, cheese, and Pico de Gallo wrapped in a Burrito. With a side of mashed fresh avocado.

We love fresh Pico de Gallo (fresh salsa) and it’s mix of fresh vegs and hot peppers.

But the translation (Pico de Gallo) is strange, I think it translates into Beak of Rooster. Better not ask for Pico de Gallo in Mexico or you might get rooster beaks.

Back home for my BC fisherman’s breakfast.
Toasted bagel, cream cheese, cappers, cucumber, and lox.

Every year I send the largest red salmon fillets into St Jeans to get lox made.
We eat ½ a package for breakfast and the other ½, the next day as an appetizer for dipping into some soya/wasabi.
