• Ability to deal pleasantly and successfully with the public, offering an exceptional level of customer service
• Extensive knowledge and passion for saltwater fishing
• Ability to work in an isolated environment for an extended period
• Strong team orientation
• MED3A
• Coast Guard Operator Proficiency Certification
• Radio Operators Certificate
• SVOP
• Red Cross Marine First Aid.
