Victoria reports Fall/Winter 2011/12

I'll give honest numbers...this season 2 trips and zero halis for me. I only caught 1 last year at 18lbs.

The wind pound me on Sunday had one hit then got ugly so I got out of there (oak bay ) just when the tide switch to the ebb safety first there be better days.

Three nice springs for us on sunday. Finally got some blood on the boat at constance bank. looking forward to the next trip hopefully with daughter chelsea.

Nice work Don, any size to the springs, hatch or wild? Are you still in town or did ya move up island? How's that new boat working for ya?

Hi will be in Victoria until my girls school ends in late June then Parksville area. The spring salmon were about 6-9lbs with two hatch and one wild. The boat is really great although it sure likes the fuel. Now i have to get chelsea out for her first fish on the boat.
