Scratched a little one up yesterday AM. Took 2 nefs and a niece out. Ages 7, 9 and 12. After 15 minutes they were bored and wanted to pack it in. I said one hour at least and it hit at the 59 minute and 59 second mark 
So I was home with a clean boat and beer in hand a little earlier on a fishing day than usual.

Not a damn thing, like all the others I've bonked this year with the exception of one that had about a 5 inch herring in it.

Negative. I was hopeful but, it was one of the brighter reds I've caught this year.

The spring I killed yesterday had lots of small 4-5 inch herring in it's belly.

Fished mostly between Clover pt. and flagpole from 7:30-12 but left empty handed just after noon...not even a strike, at least the weather was awesome though!
