Her socialist theme is just that. People are rallying around her because of this fake agenda she puts out. Name one thing she has actually done that would lead me to think she actually cares about socia issues. Was it the mandatory sentencing she enacted with her husband that preyed on poor black communities in the 90's? I could go on and on about her inconsistencies between what she says and what she has actually done.
As far as her wall st ties, I fully agree that leaders need a relationship with sectors like that. Although, having received over $150 million dollars over the last decade or so for "speeches" leads me to think she owes them something in return.
You do realize it was Bill that repealed Glass-Stegal with her right beside him campaigning for it. It was that act that let the bankers go crazy and put us in this precarious position we are in today. Which by the way is far from over.
So when Dodd-Frank was enabled to try and bring some common sense back into investment banking in the last few years it was despised by wall st. It's been watered down since, you think what's left will last long now if she gets in?
