Use canoes pass chart. Tide works way differently there then the main channel. Tswassen also has 2 different tidal areas that are both different depending on wind and outflow from the river etc.

If your looking for basic water levels no big deal. If your looking for actual flow that's a different story all together than stevston or tswassen
